The world already knew that the Fujitsu-Toshiba IS12T would be the world’s first phone to go on sale with the Windows Phone Mango 7.5 update pre-installed. At first, it looked as though the IS12T would launch in September along with the update itself. Later, reports surfaced that Japanese carrier KDDI would begin offering it slightly
