Trade publication Digitimes is on the roll today with rampant iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV predictions. First up, they see an upgraded 9.7-inch iPad “in the first quarter of 2011.” It’s said to run a faster ARM Cortex-A9 processor (possibly dual-core?) with 512MB RAM, a notable improvement over the Cortex-A8 CPU found in current iPads
