Developers who already have “Ready for Sale” universal apps in App Store are seriously anxious about visibility of their apps in App Store. There are separate top charts listings for iPhone and iPad but there are NO universal apps in iPad top charts. App Store is all about iPad today featuring iPad apps on all feature placements. So would it be better to release separate versions for iPad in order to get in top chart for iPad and charge users for the updates? We hope the situation will be different on iPad and it’s just another glitch in App Store like yesterday’s removal of universal apps.
