Steve Ballmer has grown tired of all the iPhone bashing and is attempting to play nice. According to a new report, Microsoft’s chief executive has praised Apple for the creation of the App Store. The sweet talk came during a speech that Ballmer gave in front of the University of Washington’s computer-science building, The Seattle Times
