The PS Vita is set to launch in the U.S. next month in both Wi-Fi-only and 3G versions. If you opt for the 3G Vita then you’ll need to sign up with AT&T for a data plan as it has secured exclusive rights to offer such plans. What we didn’t know officially until today was
