It may seem like just yesterday that the new Apple iOS 4.3 was released. Actually, it was 10 days ago, to be exact. The new operating system brought the introduction of Wi-Fi tethering, improved Safari speed, and more. But, it seems that we’re only a week or two away from an update to this update. Version 4.3.1 is rumored to be on its way, according to BGR, and it will contain minor bug fixes.
